Long-fermented sourdough made with a starter maintained for over 80 years. The Riverstead Kids' dad oversees the 3-day process.
A "Boule" is round, and a "Batard" is oval. Baker's choice.
We currently offer a flour choice of White, Spelt, or Dark Northern Hard Red. Our Spelt and Dark Northern Hard Red flours are freshly stone-ground in our own kitchen!
